Delivery, access & unwanted pieces of furniture

Before purchasing any item of furniture, it is the customers responsibility to check access (including dimensions of doorways, pathways, staircases, ceiling heights, hallways)that the delivery team will encounter in order to deliver the item of furniture purchased.    

Any item found not to fit at the specified delivery address can be returned to Heirloom in a saleable condition by the delivery team.  In this event, Heirloom will refund the original purchase price of the item of furniture less 10% to cover all collection & storage costs. In these circumstances the original delivery cost paid by the customer will be non refundable.
